Accessibility Statement

How we make this site usable for everyone, what you can adjust, and how to reach us.

Our commitment

ISPAL JO is committed to making its website usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, or keyboard-only navigation.

We treat accessibility as an ongoing effort, and we review the site whenever we publish significant changes.

Standard we follow

This site aims to conform to WCAG 2.1 level AA. That includes readable text contrast, meaningful alternative text for images, labelled form fields, a logical heading structure, and full keyboard operability with visible focus indicators.

Adjustments available on this site

The accessibility button at the bottom-left corner of every page opens a panel where you can enlarge or reduce text size, switch to a high-contrast palette, underline all links, and reduce animation. Your choices are remembered on your device.

The site also respects the reduced-motion preference configured in your operating system, and a “Skip to main content” link is the first item reachable with the Tab key.

Known limitations

Some illustrative animations and decorative background imagery are presented as decoration only and are hidden from screen readers by design.

Documents supplied by third parties, and content hosted on external platforms we link to, may not meet the same standard.

Reporting an accessibility issue

If you encounter a barrier on this site, please contact us at info@ispal.net with the page address and a short description of the problem. We will respond and work to correct it.
