Why ISPAL exists
ISPAL JO was founded in 2013 by Izzy Haikin, who spent more than three decades working on conflict resolution across the Middle East. That background shaped the firm's core belief: trade succeeds where relationships, regulation, and logistics are treated as one problem rather than three.
Today we operate from Israel, Jordan, Portugal, and Uganda, serving importers, exporters, manufacturers, government agencies, and relocating families. Our work spans customs brokerage, multi-modal freight, market research, and full supply chain design.
We stay deliberately boutique. Clients work directly with the people making decisions, which is why we can commit to outcomes — lead times, landed cost, compliance, market entry milestones — rather than activity.
